CHECKERBOARD SANDWICH

Make a checkerboard pattern of eggs and tuna sandwiches by using both whole wheat and white breads--fun for kids of all ages! A simple idea to make your sandwiches more appealing for the kids.

 Ingredients

• 1 piece White High-fibre Bread
• 1 piece Wholemeal (or Rye) Bread
• Fillings of your choice

Method

1. Make a sandwich using a piece of white bread and a piece of wholegrain.
2. Cut sandwich twice lengthways and twice horizontally, making nine even, square pieces.
3. Turn every second piece over, creating a checkerboard effect.

Roti putih dan roti whole meal disusun berselang seli seprti papan catur dan diatur cili benggala  hijau dan merah sebagai biji catur. Boleh guna sebarang inti kegemaran anda.
