I love this...a different way of preparing your pancake. Instead of the normal way you, you just need to bake it a muffin pan. Awesome..you can tweak with kaya....like kaya ball or any berries. Serves best with maple syrup.

Ingredients
1 sdb baking powder
secubit garam
3 sdb gula
4 sdb mentega cair
1 sdb cuka
2 biji telur
2 1/2 cawan susu
1 cawan blueberry
Instructions
Blend semua bahan kecuali blueberryTapis dan tuangkan dalam juga
Tuangkan adunan 3/4 penuh
Masukkan blueberry
Bakar pada suhu 190 C selama 25-30 minit
Sejukkan dan keluarkan.
Hidang bersama sirap maple
