TELOR BERLADO

This dish is a Must in any Nasi Padang Restuarant. It is a simple dish yet delicious. It is a great way to make use of your "bunga telur" eggs. I remembered those days mum used to prepare any egg dishes every time we have extras from any wedding we attended. So if you  happen to be in this situation having extras hard boiled eggs try this. The ingredient are simple the result is delicious.




Telur Berlado/Chili Eggs 



INGREDIENTS
10 boiled eggs/ 10 telor masak


Blend
15 red chili/ 15 cili merah
3 onion/ 3 biji bawang besar


For Frying
1/2 cup cooking oil/ 1.2 cawan minyak masak
salt to taste/garam secukup rasa


METHOD
Peel the hard boiled eggs set a side./Kopek telor dan lettak sebelah

Heat up the wok. Pour the cooking oil and fry the hard boiled eggs until brown/ Panaskan minyak dan goreng telor tadi sehingga kekuning-kuningan.

Remove and keep a side./ Angkat dan letakkan sebelah

With the same oil, saute blended chili till fragrant and dried. Add in salt to taste. Last put in the fried hard boiled egg./ Menggunakkan minyak goreng telor tadi tumis bahan-bahan yang di blend di. Tumis sampai naik bau dan garing sedikit. Masukan garam secukup rasa dan akhir sekali masukan telor yang digoreng tadi.

Telor Berlado ini lebih popular di kedai-kedai makanan Padang. Sebenarnya membuatnya cukup mudah. Bahan yang digunakan pun ringkas tetapi rasanya memang enak, Sesuai dimakan bersama nasi dan sup.
