Ingredients
100g napa cabbage
1 carrot - long stripes
1/4 broccoli - cut into floret
1/4 cauliflower cut into floret
5 baby corn - halved and cut diagonal
2 tomatoes - quartered
100 gm chicken fillet - cut into small pieces
500ml stock
Salt
1 tbsp cooking oil
5 cloves garlic - chopped
Directions
- Wash all vegetables thoroughly
- Heat the cooking oil in a wok, add chicken fillet,fry the chicken for 3 minutes.
- Add in garlic and continue frying till brown.
- Add stocks, pepper and salts
- Add caroot, cauliflower and broccoli fry the vegetables for 1 minute
- Bring back to a boil
- Add salt to taste
- Add baby corn and cabbage
- Simmer for a few seconds and finally add in fresh tomatoes.
- Remove from heat and serve with fried shallots or fried garlic.
