MIX VEGETABLES SOUP


Simple and healthy dish. To enhance the flavour, I added some chicken fillets and little chicken bouilon.

Ingredients
100g napa cabbage
1  carrot - long stripes
1/4 broccoli - cut into floret
1/4 cauliflower cut into floret
5 baby corn - halved and cut diagonal
2 tomatoes - quartered
100 gm chicken fillet - cut into small pieces
500ml stock
Salt
1 tbsp cooking oil
5 cloves garlic - chopped

Directions
  1. Wash all vegetables thoroughly
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a wok, add chicken fillet,fry the chicken for 3 minutes.
  3. Add in garlic and continue frying till brown.
  4. Add stocks, pepper and salts
  5. Add caroot, cauliflower and broccoli fry the vegetables for 1 minute
  6. Bring back to a boil
  7. Add salt to taste
  8. Add baby corn and cabbage
  9. Simmer for a few seconds and finally add in fresh tomatoes.
  10. Remove from heat and serve with fried shallots or fried garlic.

Resipi yang mudah dan sihat. Untuk menambahkan kesedapan pada resipi ini saya masukkan sedikit isi ayam dan pati kube ayam.
