Finished with the leap days and leap years and those born on 29th February sure had a great time yesterday until the next cycle come. So now we enter the 1st day of March, which is the third month of the year. March...March....I have two birthday in March..my eldest daughter Ayu will be turning 22 on 19th March and my youngest Eyba will be 15 next week 8th March 2012. Look's like March is going to be a busy month for me and hopefully there's no outstation job this month.
OK back to the breakfast menu today.....I made instant noodles omelete. A simple yet satisfying dish. The process is just like any other omelete but this one I added the cooked instant noodles in it....see...... that's how this dish is filling enough to last you till lunch. That's no fix rules in this recipe...you can add in anything you want. For a double dose add some shredded cheese. This really knock your socks off...best !!!! it taste like pizza without crust and it also taste like murtabak without the skins. Yummy !!!! Serve best while hot with chili sauce
Instant Noodles Omelete

1 package of
instant noodles
1 cup
chicken breast cut into cube
1/2 cup shredded carrot
5 button mushroom diced
2 green chilies thinly slice
1 onion diced
3 pieces
of chicken eggs, beat well
1/4 - 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Oil for
frying
Directions
1. Boil until cooked instant noodles, discard the water
2. Put instant noodle seasoning and stir well
3. Eggs in the mix until just fluffy. Add the instant noodles seasoning
4. Put chicken all other ingredients except cheese into the egg mixture
5. Put cooked instant noodles
6. Heat a skillet and then enter the cooking oil to taste
7. Fried dough is half-baked
8. Sprinkle grated cheese on top
9. Then continue to fry until golden brown color.
10. Remove and serve.

Habis sudah hari lompat dan tahun lompat, kalau diizinkan tuhan dan panjang umur bolehlah merasai lagi tahun lompat pada 2016...Insyallah. Hari ini hari pertama bulan Mac dan bulan ketiga tahun ini...takut saya bila menghitung hari ini...cepat sungguh masa berlalu. Bulan ini di rumah ada dua birthday yang perlu diraikan satu anak sulong saya Ayu yang sedang bergelut dengan tahun akhirnya untuk mendapat segulung ijazah dalam Human Resources Management. Ayu akan masuk 22 tahun 19hb Mac ini. Minggu depan birthday si bongsu Eyba yang menyambut ulang tahun ke 15...nampaknya no rest la bulan ini.
Ok Menu pagi ini saya buat simple aje......Dadar Maggi. Maggi direbus dan bacuh bersama telur...macam buat telur dadar atau mertabak. Sedap resipi ini cukup mengenyangkan. Sedap makan dengan cili sos. Bahan-bahan tambahan lain ikut citarasa masing-masing tetapi kalau hendak betul-betul sedap kenalah letak cheese...memang umphh......rasa pizza ada...rasa murtabak pun ada..... resipi ini kalau kita ada acuan cetak empat segi macam diaorang buat murtabak tu lagi cantik bentuk nya sekata aje.
