FRIED STRING BEANS WITH GLASS NOODLES

Another String Beans recipe that you should try.


Fried String Beans With Glass Noodles
INGREDIENTS
1 group string beans-15 strings cup 2 "/ 1 ikat kacang panjang lebih kurang 15, potong 2 " 2 red chili, / 2 cili merah hiris
5 cloves garlic, / 5 ulas bawang putih tumbuk
1/2 cup shrimp, / 1/2 cawan udang basah
1 packet glass noodles soak/ 1 bungkus suon rendam
5 tbsp cooking oil/ 5sdb minyak masak 
1/2 cup chicken stock / 1/2 cawan stock ayam
salt to taste/ garam secukup rasa
1 tsp. cornstarch dissolved in 1 tbsp. chicken broth/ 1 sdt tepung jagung bancuh dengan stok ayam.
METHOD
  1. Snap off and discard the ends of the beans, and remove any strings.Cut the beans into 2 inch pieces. /Bersihkan kacang panjang dan potong 2".
  2. Heat up the wok. Pour in the 5 tablespoons oil, saute the garlic until fragrant. Add in shrimps, add salts to taste. Add chickens stalk.Drop in the string beans and stir-fry for 3 minutes.Cover the pan and cook over moderate heat for 2 to 3 minutes until the beans are tender but still crisp./ Panaskan minyak dan tumias bawang putih sehingga naik baunya. Masukkan udang, stock ayam dan garam secukup rasa. Masukkan kacang panjang dan goreng 3 minit. Tutup kuali dan biarkan 3 minit lagi sampai kacang masak dan jangan terlalu masak.
  3. Add in glass noodles and red chili. Lastly add in cornstarch mixture to pan and cook, stirring until the vegetables are coated with a light, clear glaze. /Akhir sekali masukkan suon dan cili merah. Masukkan juga bancuhan tepunng jagung dan biar sebentar.
  4. Transfer entire contents of the pan to a heated platter and serve at once. Padamkan api dan hidang.

Satu lagi resipi kacang panjang yang menyelerakan. Penting dalam memasak mkacang panjang, jangan dimasak terlalu nama, nanti akan hilang keranggupannya.
