HOT AND SPICY FRIED KUEY TEAW






This is always a favourite..whether its, mild, hot, dried or wet...it's always be a crowd pleaser. I love hot and spicy kuey teaw. For Ayu's birthday I fried the Malay version...the red (ang...ang...colour) Add some shrimps..beef....bean sprouts, chinese chives and of course to make it Pedas...some chili.. It's really finger licking good.


Makanan kegemaran rakyat Malaysia...baik  Melayu, Cina mahupun India....semua sukakanya. Kali ini saya goreng cara Melayu pedas sedikit, masukkan cili, hirisan daging, udang kucai dan taugeh. Hiasa dengan telur rebus, daun bawang dan bawang goreng. Mak aii...memanglah kesukaan saya.
