A calzone ( /kælˈzoʊni/, US /kælˈzoʊneɪ/, or /kælˈzoʊn/, UK /kælˈtsoʊni/; Italian: [kalˈtsoːne], "stocking" or "trouser")[1] is a turnover that originates from Italy. It is shaped like a semicircle, made of dough folded over and filled with ingredients[2] common to pizza.
The typical calzone is stuffed with tomato and mozzarella, and may include other ingredients usually associated with pizza toppings.
In other words calzone is a folded Italian pizza a half moon shape pizza which are far more portable than the normal pizza. Italian normally use the left over vegetables or meat for the filling. You can add cheese in your calzone if you prefer something cheesy. This bread is really yummy!!!. I made my calzone with a touch of Malaysian Fillings, I used curry powder for the ground beef fillings...suit my taste bud better. Add some mozarella and cheddar cheese...my goodness so...so..good!!!

Salam and Selamat Pagi All..apa macam?? Biasanya dia orang makan dengan sos..tapi dah inti kita cukup rasa rempah karinya..saya makan kosong aje..sedap..makan panas-panas
