STIR FRIED STRING BEANS WITH RED PASTE CURRY CHICKEN

Simple yet delicious, in Thailand they serve it with rice. Complete as one meal dish. I love the crunchiness of the string beans. The red curry paste with chicken made this dish much tastier.

INGREDIENTS
1 handful string beans cut int 1" length
1 cup boneless chicken cut into bite sizes
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
1/4 cup water
salt to taste
Red curry paste
15 dried chilies soaked
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 " shrimp paste

Pound or blend all ingredients int wet paste

PREPARATIONS
Heat up oil and fry red curry paste till fragrant. Add in chicken, salts, chicken bouillon and water. Cook for 5 minutes and add in string beansCook for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Ready to serve .

Menggunakan rempah merah Thai dan isi ayam membuatkan hidang ini begitu lazat sekali. Selalunya kalau saya masak sayur ini, saya makan begitu aje dengan nasi, tak perlu lauk-lauk lagi. Lebih hebat kalau makan panas-panas. Memang sedap dan lazat.
