ICY-COOL LYCHEE TEA PERFECT SUMMER DRINKS


DIY hot weather drinks: delicious drinks you can make at home. I have been putting them in my cold brewed iced tea as it steeps for a wonderful sweetness and fragrance. You can use fresh or canned lychees. If you have the canned variety and you normally add sugar to your iced tea, try using the syrup, instead – heavenly!



Icy-Cool Lychee Tea Drinks


  • 3 cups brewed  tea, chilled
  • 1/4 cup lychee syrup
  • fresh mint leaves (to taste)

Directions:
  1. Blend the lychee “juice” with the tea.
  2. Throw in some fresh mint leaves and lightly grind into the tea mixture.
  3. Serve over ice!
  4. If the tea isn’t sweet enough for you, add more lychee syrup.
