CRISPY NESTUM CHICKEN


This is the reminiscent of butter prawns.  I used nestum and omitted the eggs yolk the rest of the ingredients are more or less the same as butter prawn. Wow..it's crispy and crunchy....fantastic I love this dish so it looks to be one of our favourites to be indulged in once in a while.


Crispy Nestum Chicken

300g chicken fillet cut into bite sizes
480 ml corn oil
5 cloves shallots, chopped
100g butter
1 bird eye's chilli, chopped
5 curry leaves
25 g nestum

Cut chicken in bite sizes, marinated with 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and deep fried till golden brown, Drained oil and set aside.


Stir fry the chopped shallots until they are fragrant and golden brown. Add butter, the bird eye's chilli, curry leaves and nestum and continue to fry till the oats turn crispy and golden brown as well. Add cooked chicken and mix well. Arrange chicken on plate and pour thenestums over to serve. 

Ini resipi Prawn Butter yang diolahkan dan dimasukkan nestum. Saya tidak masukkan susu dan kuning telur seperti mana butter prawns..cuma menggunakan butter dan goreng bersama bahan-bahan lain nestum supaya garing dan masukkan. Mudah membuatnya..tetapi isi ayam hendaklah digoreng terdahulu. menu yang pasti menjadi kegemaran anak-anak.
