TALAM NANGKA BERSAGU


Another variation of the evergreen kuih "talam", this time around I added 1 cup of chopped jackfruits and some sago. Combination of coconut milk and jackfruits made this kuih talam really tasty. Creamy and delicious. Great for "buka puasa" dessert.
Jumpa nangka...terus terasa nak makan kuih talam..buat sedikit. Saya buat 1/2 adunan dan kukus dalam acuan kecil..jadi taklah membazir nanti..anak-anak pula kureng benda-benda macam ni. Memang satu kombinasi hebat antara lemak santan dan nagka..memang sedap. Sesuai dijadikan sajian berbuka puasa.
