GREEN MUSTARD BEEF SOUP

I used to stir fried green mustard never thought of making soup until I saw this tempting dish in AYU- CURLYBABE'S SATISFACTION, my goodness the way she prepared the soup almost disqualified my fasting... Ayu added some fried egg tofu, but I made mine plain, used beef and beef stalk with glass noodles and some fresh tomato. It's simple soup it was really a finger licking good. Serve best with sambal and steam rice.

Next Post - Sambal Tanak.
