DAISY COOKIES / BISKUT DAHLIA

I believe we can call this a Malaysian cookies. It's there during CNY, Hari Raya an even Deepavali. Can be considered as Malaysian favorite. Dahlia literally means Daisy, taking from the shape of Daisy flower.

You need to use special nozzle for this cookies. The texture of the cookie is soft, buttery and-melt-in-the mouth.

This was my first attempt. Alhamdullilah it turned out well and kids really love this cookie. Finished before HARI RAYA. I gonna make it again for them to take to their college this time around I wanna use pandan paste, saw it in Nazrah blog.

Memang sedap pun patutlah menjadi pilihan setiap kali raya.
