TODAY'S BREAKFAST - SOSEJ GULUNG/ SAUSAGE ROLL AND SOYA SAUCE FRIED MIHUN

Well, school holiday, no outing , since Tyca is struggling in the examination hall for her Chemistry paper. It will takes her the whole day. I have to prepare heavy breakfast for her to "tapau" to school. The school don't quite encourage  student to leave the premises during break, so I got this done for her, Sausage Roll and Soya Sauce Fried Mihun.




Sausage Roll/ Sosej Roll



Soya Sauce Fried Mihun/ Mihun Goreng Kicap

































INGREDIENTS
10 pcs white bread/ 10 keping roti putih
10 sausages/ 10 sosej
1 egg / 1 biji telur
Breadcrumbs/ serbuk roti
METHOD

  • Heat up the steamer, steam the breads. Use a rolling pin roll the bread. Put the sausage into the bread and roll. Seal the edges with cornflour starch./ Panaskan kukusan dan kukus roti. Gelekan roti yang panas tadi dan letakkan sosej. Gulung dan kemaskan gulungan dengan bancuhan tepung jagung.
  • Roll bread into beaten eggs then breadcrumbs./ Golengkan roti kedalam telur yang dipukul dan serbuk roti.
  • Deep fry the bread. / Goreng deep fry.

Hari ini menu sarapan saya buat, AGAK berat juga, Bihun Goreng Kicap dan Sosej Gulung. Anak saya Tyca masih berjuang dengan kertas Kimia dia hari ini. Peperiksaan akan berlansung sehingga pukul 4. Pihak sekolah tidak mengalakkan pelajar keluar dari pergarangan sekolah jadi saya rasa elok saya bekalkan Tyca dengan Mihun dan Sosej Gulung.  Resipinya mudah dan sesuai kalau digunakan roti semalam.
