STIR FRIED MIXED VEGETABLES




Mixed Vegetables


INGREDIENTS
5 baby cabbage cut into 4/ 5 baby cabbage potong 4
5 young corn cut into 2 and further cut 1/2 / 5 jagung muda belah dua dan potong dua
1 red bell pepper, slice diagonal and thinly/ 5 cili bengla merah hiring memanjang nipis-nipis
1 carrot slice thinly/ 1 karot potong nipis-nipis
7 button mushroom slice thinly/ 5 cendawan butang hiris nipis-nipis
1/2 cup fresh shrimps/ 1/2 cawan udang hidup
5 cloves garlic - pounded/ 5 ulas bawang putih tumbuk.

The Seasoning
5 tbsp oyster sauce/ 5 sdb sos tiram
1 tbsp light soya sauce/ 1 sdb kicap cair
1 tsp pepper/ 1 sdt lada sulah
1/2 cup chicken stalk/ 1/2 cawan stalk ayam
1 tbsp cornstarch/ 1sdb tepung jagung

Mix all ingredients and put aside./ Campurkan semua dan letak sebelah.

METHOD
  1. Blanch all vegetables and put in serving plate./ Celur semua sayur, toskan dan letak dalam pinggan hidangan.
  2. Heat up oil and saute garlic till brown and fragrant. Add in shrimps and button mushroom. Stir fry for a while and add in seasoning Keep strirring until slightly thick. Pour onto blanched vegetables. Ready to serve./ Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bawang putih sehingga naik bau dan kekuningan. Masukkan udang hidup dan cendawan. Kacau sebentar dan masukkan bahan seasoning. Biar pekat sedikit, padamkan api dan curahkan ke atas sayur. Sedia dimakan.

Kebetulan ada lebihan baby cabbage saya olahkan dan tambahkan sayuran lain menjadikan sayur campur. Method masakan sama aje dengan baby cabbage.
