PUNJAB ALOO GOBI


Another great India dish that I love so much, can eat with rice or pratha  I made this last night with my Naan bread....delicious and healthy dish, easy to prepare with simple ingredients.

Aloo Gobi
Ingredients


  • 2 biji kentang dipotong dadu besar direbus dan tosksn
  • 1 bunga kobi sederhana diptong ikut bunga dan celur
  • 2 tangkai daun kari
  • 2 bawang besar di cincang
  • 3 ulas bawang putih ditumbuk bersama sedikit halia
  • 1/ 2 " halia
  • 1 sdt biji sawi
  • 3 cili hijau dihiris nipis
  • 1 sdt garam masala
  • 1. sdt serbuk cili
  • 1 sdt serbuk kunyit
  • sedikit asafoetida
  • garam secukup rasa
  • 3 sdb minyak
Instructions

  1. Panaskan minyak dan tumis biji sawi sehingga  atas meletop2
  2. Masukkan daun kari diikuti dengan bawang besar
  3. Bia bawang layu kemudian masukkan bawang putih dan halia, masak sehingga naik baunya dan masukkan garam masala, serbuk cili dan serbuk kunyit
  4. Masukkan bunga kobis dan kentang yang telah direbus balik2kan masukkan garam dan asafoetida dn hirisan cili hijau adjust rasa
  5. Jika teralau kering masukkan sedikit air
