Popular cookies during Eid Mubarak among Malaysian Bloger. I have book marked these cookies since last year but was unable to do so...and this year I made a try. Bahan A
260 gm butter150 gm gula caster1 sudu kecil esen vanila50 gm serbuk badamBahan B300 gm tepung Red Rose (kalau takde ganti tepung gandum pun boleh)50 gm tepung kastard50 gm susu tepung40 gm tepung jagungBahan HiasanCoklat masakan - cairkan cara double boilerCara- Cara
1. Pukul bahan A hingga berkrim
2. Masukkan bahan B dan uli hingga menjadi doh yg lembut
3. Canai dan terap dengan acuan yg di sukai
4. Susun dalam loyang dan bakar pada suhu 140C selama 30 minit atau sehingga masak
5. Sejukkan biskut atas redai
6. Celup biskut dalam coklat masakan yg telah di cairkan cara double boiler
7. Golekkan biskut ke dalam breadcrumb
8. Simpan biskut dalam bekas kedap udara.
Maybe I should try for this Eid too, I've never heard of or seen these cookies before, thanks for sharing Fatimah.

ReplyDeletethe prob is,where can i get breadcrumb besides at bakery shop?? is it available in hypermarket, supermarket or kedai runcit??
coz in my hometown dont have bakery shop la..
Hi Anonymous..you can get breadrumbs from TESCO or any hypermarket..if you can't find one you can substitute it with desiccated coconut..it's good enough. Hope this helps
