It's Friday the 3rd February 2012. Let's cross the border and let's move to Thailand. I'm gonna share with you Thai Chili Fried Rice with Fried Fish for breakfast and towards noon, the 7o's favourite cake Bangkok Kaya Cake.
Fried Rice has always been an Asian favourite breakfast menu, the best way of using leftover food. I used my leftover rice and left over fried chicken for this fried rice. I shredded the fried fish into small pieces and added to the fried rice and not to mention the Thai Red Curry Paste which add a unique flavour to this Rice.
So that's all for breakfast - SAWADEE KAP
