This cheese bread is like the one in Pizza Hut, instead of the normal rectangle I twist the bread like the little girl pony tail. This bread is best serve with hummus or as a side dish with pizza and soups. Simple and easy to prepare. It's fun to make the spiral. Beside parmesan you can also use mozarella cheese.
Cheese Stick Bread / Roti Jejari Keju
350 g bread
flour / 350 g tepung berprotein tinggi
1 1/4 tsp. of
Yeast / 1 ¼ sdt yis segera
15 g sugar /
15 g gula
1 ½ tsp.
Salt / 1 ½ sdt garam
20 g milk
powder / 20 g susu tepung
200 ml air /
200 ml air
15 g olive
oil/ 15 g minyak zaiton
1 tsp oregano
/ 1 sdt oregano
1/2 cup
parmesan cheese / 1/2 cawan parmemsan
1 tbsp
evaporated milk/ 1 sb susu cair buat sapuan
Add flour, sugar and milk powder in a bowl and whisk well /
Masukan tepung, gula dan susu tepung dalam mangkuj dan kacau rata
In a medium bowl, dissolve the yeast in the warm water. In a
large bowl, place all of the dry ingredients. Add the water, yeast and oil to
the dry ingredients. Mix with a wooden spoon./ Dalam mangkok lain masukan yis
dan cairkan bersama air suam, kemudian masukkan kedalam bahan kering
Add in oregano and knead again /Masukkan oregano dan ulikan
lagi.
Divide dough into two and rest the dough for 30 minutes /
Bahagi doh kepada dua da rehatkan doh selama 30 minit.
Roll dough into ½ cm thick dan 12 cm length. Brush one of
the dough with water and sprinkle the parmesan cheese. Place this on top of the
other dough. Cut into 1 cm and twist dough / Canaikan doh setabal ½ dan 12 cm lebar.
Sapukan air dan taburkan keju keatas salah satu daripada doh tadi. Letakan doh
yang disapukan keju keatas doh yang satu lagi. Potong selebar 1 cm dan pintal
Place
half of the dough on each cookie sheet and allow to rest for another 10 minutes
/ Letakan doh yang dipital di atas dulang pembakar dan rehatkan selama 10
minit.
Brush each spiral doh with evaporated milk. Sprinkle the
cheese mixture on top / Sapukan susu cair keatas doh dan taburkan baki keju
lagi ke atas.
Bake at 375 degrees F. for 10-15 minutes, or until slightly
brown on top. They should still be somewhat soft in the center./ Bakar selama
10-15 minit atau sehingga masak
Ini ala-ala roti jejari keju di Pizza Hut..cuma saya ubah sedikit...dari style biasa. Saya pintalkan roti ini..macam kita tocangkan anak-anak. Roti ini sedap makan dengan sup. Mudah membuat juga..selain dari makan dengan sup sedap juga makan biasa berasama jam dan butter.
