I'm glad that took the opportunity to buy cranberries while it's in season. I bought 1 packet and I've made this muffins, cranberry loaf and walnut cranberry coffee cake. Cranberry and Orange made a great combinations. Orange not only add flavour to the muffins but also added beautiful colour to it. I love the texture of the muffins, crunchy outside and soft inside. Perfect as breakfast muffins and evening tea
Orange Cranberry Muffins

2 cups all purpose flour/ 2 cawan tepung
1 cup sugar / 1 cawan gula
1 tsp baking
soda / 1 sdt soda
1/2 tsp
baking powder / 1/2 sdt baking powder
3/4 cup
orange juice, freshly squeezed / 3/4 cawan jus perahan oren
1 tbsp
orange zest / 1 sdb oren parut
1 large egg /1 biji telur besar
1 1/4 cups
cranberries, fresh or frozen (unthawed) / 1 1/3 cawan cranberry segar
1/4 cup
dried cranberries / 1/4 cawan cranberry kering
Preheat oven to 375F and line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners./ Panaskan oven pada suhu 375F dan alas acuan muffin 12 cawan

Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda
and salt in a large mixing bowl./Satukan tepung, gula, baking powder, baking soda dalam satu mangkuk besar. gaul rata.
Make a well, then add in in orange juice, orange zest, oil and egg and whisk everything together until just combined. / Buat lubang ditengah-tengah adunan kering tadi dan masukkan jus oren, parutan kulit oren, minyak dan telur, kacau rata sehingga sebati
Stir in whole cranberries. / Masukkan cranberry
Divide evenly into prepared muffin cups. / Bahagi sama rata dalam acuan muffins
Bake for 14-16 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool. Muffins can be served slightly warm or at room temperature./ Bakar selam 14-16 minit atau sehingga masak. Hidang panas-panas
Rasa berbaloi beli cranberry baru-baru ini, saya dapat buat tiga jenis sajian, muffins ini, loaf dan walnut cranberry coffee cake. Ini juga kes balas dendam..susah hendk bapat berries ini, kena tunggu musim barulah boleh hendak buat. Muffin ini sedap ranggup diluar lembut didalam. Paling best tenguk dia masak dalam oven...meleleh-leleh air cranberry tu. Memang sedaplah kombinasi orange dan muffins. Orange bukan sahaja menaikkan rasa muffins ini malah menambahkan keceriaan pada warnanya. Sesuai dijadi muffin untuk sarapan pagi dan sajian minum petang.
