This delicious concoction is perfect for "buka puasa". Nothing can beat this icy fruit juice after a long day fasting. Samudra literally means "ocean"...yeah....somthing cool and refreshing.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup fresh lemon juice
2 cups simple syrup (make your own)
4 cups orange juice
4 freshly grated nutmeg
4 cups orange juice
4 freshly grated nutmeg
water and crushed ice
Combine lemon juice, simple syrup, and orange juice. Add some grated nutmeg to taste. Serve chilled over ice.
