Good Morning Malaysia and Asalamualaikum.!! Today breakfast is from last night left over rice. I made fried rice with crab meat and shrimps. This dish is popular in Thailand.
Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 medium onions, cut into wedges
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 pound cooked crabmeat
- 1/2 cup shrimps
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 5 green bird'e eyes chilies
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat. Cook and stir the onions and garlic in the hot oil until tender. Add in bird's eyes chilies. Mix in the rice, sugar, and salt, and cook 5 minutes, until well blended. Stir in the egg until the rice is coated. Increase heat to high, and mix in the crab meat, shrimps green onions, snow peas and cilantro salts and seasoning. Continue cooking 2 to 5 minutes, until the crab is heated through. Garnish with the cucumber and lime slices to serve.

SELAMAT PAGI dan ASALAMUALAIKUM semua, pagi ini ringkas aje, nak elakkan pembaziran buat nasi goreng ketam dan udang. Semalam masak sup ketam ada 2 ekor lebih, saya bersihkan ambil isinya dan buat nasi goreng. Masukkan juga sedikit udang dan kacang peas. Mudah aje. Sebenarnya nasi goreng ketam ini cukup terkenal di Thailand, saya ambil resipi orang sanalah pakai sos ikan dan titikan cili padi sedikit. Sedap, tapi kalau tak cukup pedas, biasalah hiris cili padi lagi buat sambal kicap. Ummpphhh pasti best.

Assalam kak, wahh sedapnya tgk nasi akak ni...semlm baru jer saya buat nasi goreng ketam...tapi style campak2 saya jer...tgk resepi ni lagi best ni..nanti boleh cuba lak..:)
