GOOD MORNING MALAYSIA - TODAY BREAKFASTMENU - CAKE BATTER PANCAKE / PANKEK ADUNAN KEK


Good Morning Malaysia, Thank God It's Friday and Its Pancake again!!!!. If you are pancake addict or more proper a pancake fan, try this......it's really yummy....... and if you are the person that will wait for your mom to finish her baking for the thrill of licking the cake batter, then you are in the right blog now. This pancake is made of cake batter. It's really.....really delicious. I got this from Tracey's Culinary Adventure and follow her instructions exactly. I am really..... really happy the pancake turned out lovely and fantastic.


Cake Batter Pancakes
from How Sweet It Is

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour/ 1 1/2 cawan tepung serba guna
2/3 cup yellow cake mix / 2/3 cawan tepung kek 1 tablespoon sugar / 1 sdb gula 3/4 teaspoon baking powder / 3/4 sdt baking powder
pinch of salt / secubit garam 2 large eggs / 2  biji telur
1 teaspoon vanilla extract / 1 sdt vanilla
1-2 cups milk / 1-2 cawan susu
sprinkles/ coklat jurai
In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, cake mix, baking powder, sugar and salt together. Combine 1 cup of the milk, the eggs and vanilla extract in a measuring cup. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir to combine. Depending on the brand of cake mix you use, you may need additional milk to achieve the proper consistency for your batter. I added about an extra tablespoon or two of milk to my batter; it was still fairly thick, but easily pourable. Fold sprinkles into the batter - how many you use is entirely up to you! / Satukan bahan kering. Satukan bahan basah. Masukkan bahan basah kedalam mangkuk bahan kering dan pukul rata. Saya gunakan blender aje untuk mendapatkan adunan lincin. Tambahkan susu jika perlu. Masukan coklat jurai.

Preheat a skillet set over medium heat. I used a nonstick skillet and sprayed it lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Use a 1/4-cup measuring cup to portion the batter into the pan. Cook the pancakes on the first side until bubbles form on the top, about 3-4 minutes. Use a spatula to flip the pancakes and cook on the second side until golden and cooked through. Repeat with the remaining batter. You can keep the pancakes warm in a 200 F oven until you've cooked all of them, if desired./Panaskan kuali dan leserkan sedikit minyak atau mentega. Sendukkan adunan lebih kuran 1/4 cawan dan bentukkan bulat. Biarkan seketika sehingga berbuih baru alihkan bahagian sebelah lagi.

Makes about 12 pancakes / Menyediakan lebih kurang 12 pankek.

Pagi ini kita ber breakfast dengan Pancake, kali ini resipinya agak istimewa sedikit kerana bahan yang digunakan ialah campuran adunan tepung kek. Kalau anda adalah orang yang suka menghabiskan sisa bancuhan kek, maka anda sekarang berada di blog yang betul, kerana resipi ini menggunakan adunan tepung kek, rasanya macam kek, baunya macam kek malah memakan pancake iniseolah-olah seperti anda memakan mini kek. Untuk resipi ini saya masukkan coklat jurai bagi mewarnakan pancake ini. Biasanya sedap dimakan bersama mentega dan sirap maple. SELAMAT BERSARAPAN dan moga hari ini merupakan hari ceria anda.
