DEEP FRIED SEABASS WITH MANGO SALAD / SIAKAP GORENG BERSAMA KERABU MANGGA


My previous entry was on Tom Kha Kai - Chicken coconut Soup. This entry is Deep Fried Seabass With Mango Salad which goes well with Tom Kha Kai. If you plan to have Thai menu at home you can make these two dish, both made a good combination. All you need next, is to add  a selection of vegetables and it completes you menu of the day.  This is a very-very simple recipe and really-really yummy. All you need is to fry the fish and top it with Mango Salad. That's all. For this recipe make sure your fish is really.. really crispy. I used the Thai Deep Fried Flour. You can find it in the Supermarket. If you couldn't find it good enough that you coat the fish with cornflour and deep fry it. For the Mango Salad please refer to my previous entry. I told you before, you don't have to be Thai to have this wonderful dish - ENJOY and SAWADEE !!!!!

Resipi yang paling mudah Siakap Goreng Kerabu Mangga. Saya tidak meletakkan resipi di sini sebab terlalu mudah. Anda cuma perlu goreng ikan dan siapkan kerabu Mangga. Taburkan Kerabu Mangga ke atas ikan. Siap dimakan. menu ini sesuai digandingkan dengan Tom Kha Kai. Jadi jika anda berhasrat menyediakan menu Thai sebagai sajian tengah hari boleh lah gunakan kombinasi ini, Tom Kha Kai, Siakap Goreng Kerabu Mangga dan satu lagi sajian sayuran pilihan anda. Hem...... tak yah nak ke restuarant Thai, di rumah pun boleh lengkap dengan sajian menarik ini. Untuk membuat resipi pastikan ikan yang digoreng tu ranggup dan berbunyi krup,,,,krup.... kalau tidak ia kurang ummpph.. untuk itu pastikan ikan digoreng bila dah betul-betul siap nak makan. Untuk resipi ini saya gunakan tepung ranggup Thai. Boleh didapti di mana-mana Supermarket kalau tidak jumpa, lumurkan ikan dengan tepung jagung dan goreng.
