I have earlier posted on blueberry crepes, this is another version of crepes. This time around the crepes was folded and topped with strawberry and maple syrup. I hope this answer to the question by Kak Rose. Like Pancake, the topping and garnishing can be anything from jam, chocolate sauce, ice cream or even honey. Any sweet and presentable fresh and canned fruits can be used. You can use the basic crepes as in my blueberry crepes.

Salam, saya ada menerima pertanyaan dari Kak Rose samada bahan-bahan lain boleh digunakan bagi menggantikan blueberry. Sebenarnya seperti pancake kita boleh menggunakan strawberry, sos cokolat, ais krim, sirap dan madu. Apa-apa jenis buah-buah samada yang segar ataupun yang dalam tin boleh digunakan. Terdahulu saya menggulung crepes saya seperti membuat kuih dadar tetapi untuk kali ini saya melipatkanya dan meletakkan buah strawberry segar bersama madu. Adunan tetap sama seperti blueberry cheese. Anda boleh menggunakan adunan asas bagi apa-apa crepes yang ingin anda cipta.
