I am going to run this fast. Today Sunday lunch I prepared simple Chinese menu, Salted fish Fried Rice, Wanton Soup and Stir Fried Spinach. Lret's start with Stir Fried Apinanch With Beef. I loved spinach ans sometime I just made it plain, just balanced and sprinkle some fried garlic. That's enough for me, however to encourage my children to take up vegetables I have to make it colourful so this time around I add in beef. It's delicious.
INGREDIENTS Seasoning 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1/2 t. soy sauce 1/2 t. sugar 1 t. garlic (minced) 1 t. cornstarch
1 packet beef slice 1 packet spinanch 1 tbsp shredded ginger root 3 clove garlic - chopped salts and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Cut against grain into thin pieces. Add in seaoning and marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Clean and cut spinach
- Heat up oil, saute garlic and ginger till brown, and stir fry beef in medium heat until colour changes.
- Add salts and pepper to taste.
- Add spinach and mix well. ready to serve

Saya ringkaskan aje entry ini kerana nak berkejar ke outstation. Menu tengahari ni simple aje sebab cuma tiga orang aje di rumah. Anak-anak tidak pulang minggu ini, jadi masak ringkas-ringkas aje Nasi Goreng Ikan Masin, Bayam Goreng Daging dan Sup Wanton. Boleh dikata hujung minggu ni makan Chinese Menu, tak pedas.

ReplyDeleteSalam Chik Mimi, ikat wanton pakai daun pandan atau kucai pun boleh. Siat-siatkan daun tu dan ikat.
