This is a popular Thai street dish that you must try. I have been in and out of Thailand but have not tasted it until recently when I saw the recipe in Tes At Home. At a glance I found that it was simple to prepare and ingredients were easily found in our local market. Go through the details and tried. Marvelous !!!just like our fried Kueh Teow, the only different was the tamarind paste and peanut, the rest were the same. Delicious and I can said that you can be addicted to it. In Thailand they used special noodles, dried thin white noodles just like kueh teow. You have to soat it first, anyway our fresh kueh teow is good enough. I adapted the recipe from Tes At Home and follow exactly as instruction. Give it try, you sure love this.
